Job Description :

Officer Development Program is one of the continuous job improvement through learning process, They will receive formal job training in a variety of management areas. The Officer Development position is designed to prepare trainees and have an expertise in Reinsurance Company.

Objectives:

Officer Development Program is designed to encourage people leadership potential, who are competents in every aspect of the Reinsurance Company Business.

Requirements:

Age maximum 27 years old
Hold one or more degrees with outstanding academic record with minimum GPA 3.00
Proficient in English (Both oral and writing) , proven by TOEFL score min: 475 Proven by Certificate from LBPP LIA (is a must)
Excellent in interpersonal skill and communication skills
Excellent in Computer Software knowledge with minimum requirements : Ms Office
Good Personality, Self Motivated, Organization and Analytical skill
Preferably Educational Background majoring :

                   Economic [Kode: ECO]
                   Mass Communication [Kode: COM]
                   Aviation Engineering [Kode: AVI]
                   Mechanical Engineering [Kode: MCN]
                   Naval (Marine) Engineering [Kode:NVL]
                   Mathematic/Statistical [Kode:MTK]
